Description of Key Responsibility:
Compliance, Policy, and Program Oversight


+ Lead and coordinate student-centered institutional compliance efforts related to Title IX, ADA /Section 504, and other applicable civil rights laws (e.g., Title VI, Title VII , Clery Act), ensuring processes and practices prioritize student access, safety, and equity.

+ Develop, implement, communicate, and monitor policies and procedures that support prompt, equitable resolution of student complaints and concerns.

+ Advise senior leadership on compliance obligations, risk mitigation, and actions needed to address and prevent student-impacting discrimination and barriers to access.

+ Maintain current knowledge of federal and state legislation and emerging best practices in areas affecting students; assess institutional impact and recommend updates that strengthen student support.
