Title – Title Closing Role

Position – Fulltime

Location – Jenkintown, PA

Salary - $Open (Best Possible)

Responsibilities:


+ Follow up and communicate with internal team, lenders, agents, and clients to ensure all matters are addressed prior to closing.

+ Review title search/commitment to address all curative matters.

+ Facilitate all lender title requests as needed.

+ Confirm all scheduled closing appointments with transaction parties.

+ Process files as needed (surveys, HOA/COA, mortgages, utilities, etc.).

+ Prepare CDs, settlement statements, deeds, and other settlement documents.

+ Attend and conduct closings.

+ Escrow officer functions (fund and disburse closing files).

+ Post close files as needed including e-recording.

+ Other duties may be assigned as needed.

+ 3 plus years of recent Title Closing experience desired.
