Currently, we have a Title Clearance Coordinator for a title company for the San Antonio, TX or Las Vegas, NV area. The Title Clearance Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include:

• Review title commitments, title reports, and title searches to identify requirements and potential title defects.
• Coordinate and resolve title curative issues including liens, judgments, unreleased mortgages, probate matters, and other encumbrances.
• Work closely with title examiners, escrow teams, lenders, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of title issues.
• Obtain and review documentation needed to clear title requirements.
