Our client, a Mortgage and Real Estate Services company, is looking for a Title Assistant for their Roseville, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Provides Nationwide title services.
+ Play supportive role in closing an escrow transaction.
+ Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling the necessary documents and files for the title insurance and escrow processes.
+ Duties also include conducting title or lien searches, clerical duties regarding specific escrow procedures, works closely with a licensed professional to prepare paperwork to complete transaction.
+ Types fast and accurately and can check documents for grammar, spelling and punctuation errors under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
+ Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
+ Title insurance: 1 year
+ High school or equivalent (Required)
