Compensation and Benefits

• $25 per hour (Certified teaching license required)
• Single benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, LTD; 5 sick days, 2 personal days, snow days

Job Responsibilities

• Assist youth with high school and occasionally middle school homework.
• Monitor grades weekly via EdEase and contact teachers.
• Tutor youth working on GED certificate, grading their work and monitoring progress.
• Provide weekly progress reports on all residents.
• Enforce study hours rules and maintain order during study hours.

Qualifications and Preferences

• Highly qualified in Math.
• Studying toward a degree in education or related subject area.
• Experience working with at‑risk students.
