Location: ConnectLife Syracuse: 517 East Washington St., Syracuse, NY 13202. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license, arrive within 1 hour of a case call, and travel in company vehicle to area hospitals.
Schedule :

+ Full Per diem: minimum 12 on-call 12-hour shifts/month, or

+ Modified Per diem: at least 3 on-call shifts/week plus stipend and health ...
