As a Time Keeper with a background in construction sites and contractors, you will be responsible for monitoring and recording the attendance and work hours of employees at the construction site to ensure accurate payroll processing and adherence to project timelines.

Job Responsibility

• Record and maintain accurate daily attendance records for all employees working on the construction site.
• Monitor and track the arrival and departure times of workers, including breaks and overtime hours.
• Communicate with supervisors and managers to address any attendance issues or discrepancies.
• Generate regular reports on attendance and hours worked for payroll processing and project management purposes.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies regarding work hours and breaks.
