The E-commerce Strategy team for TikTok Shop plays a critical role in setting direction and accelerating growth of the US market. The team operates at the center of global strategy planning, research and analysis, partnering closely with regional and industry leaders to identify market opportunity, determine operation directions and set key team targets.
