We’re building a creator-led growth engine on TikTok Shop and looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to own and scale our affiliate program.

In this role, you will be responsible for discovering, recruiting, and managing TikTok Shop affiliates, building strong creator relationships, and driving consistent revenue through high-performing creator partnerships. You will work closely with creators, manage affiliate outreach and communications, track performance metrics, and foster engaged creator communities.

What You’ll Own

• Source & recruit high-converting TikTok Shop affiliates (Euka, Kalodata, Fastmoss)
• Execute outreach and manage creator onboarding at scale
