**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
The Welder/Fabrication C role involves planning, laying out, and fabricating complex production and experimental metal parts and assemblies using a diverse array of tools and processes. This position requires interpreting blueprints and work instructions, performing inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances, and troubleshooting issues within established procedures. The role operates under limited supervision, collaborates with teams across departments, and may serve as a resource to others.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan work and layout, set up and fabricate a wide variety of intricate, experimental and/or production sheet metal parts and final assemblies from raw material.
+ Utilize shears, brakes, drills, sanders, degreasing baths, spray painting, silk screening, non-conformance, manual mills and lathes, MIG, TIG, and spot welding, and other hand tools and equipment.
