**Job Title: TIG Welder**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on precision TIG welding of stainless steel components to produce high-quality parts, assemblies, and custom fabrications that meet or exceed engineering and customer specifications. You will apply advanced TIG welding techniques and a strong understanding of stainless-steel properties to deliver clean, accurate, and durable welds in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, with a focus on 16-gauge material, to produce precise and durable welds.
+ Set up welding equipment and workstations, including proper selection of tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
+ Read and interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
