**Job Scope:**

+ Perform GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel components in a production environment
+ Weld aluminum materials including sheet, plate, tubing, and extrusions
+ Produce high-quality fillet and groove welds per specifications
+ Control heat input and travel speed to prevent burn-through and distortion
+ Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
+ Perform fit-up, tack welding, and final weld passes
+ Prep materials through oxide removal, grinding, and cleaning
