**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **TIG Welders** for projects located in or around **Durham, NC** . This is a first shift opportunity and the **pay rate is $25-$30/hour** based on experience and skill level. **Job Scope:**

+ Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, carbon steel, and/or aluminum materials
+ Welding pipe, tubing, structural components, and fabricated assemblies
+ Reading and interpreting blueprints, isometric drawings, and weld symbols
+ Preparing materials for welding including cutting, grinding, beveling, and fitting
+ Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
