**Job Title: TIG Welder**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on precision TIG welding of stainless and carbon steel components used in radiator assemblies. You will interpret work orders and blueprints, prepare and weld thin materials with tight tolerances, and ensure all welds meet strict quality and leak-free standards in a clean, modern manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Interpret work orders, blueprints, and schematics to assemble parts according to exact specifications.
+ Mark weld points and component positions on workpieces using rules, squares, templates, or scribes.
+ Select, position, align, and bolt jigs, holding fixtures, guides, or stops onto machines using measuring instruments and hand tools.
+ Perform TIG welding on stainless and carbon steel materials ranging from approximately 1/16 inch to 1/2 inch thickness.
