Sutherland Global is seeking a customer support professional in Bogotá, Colombia to work collaboratively with various departments. You will ensure high customer satisfaction and accurately document service requests in NICE Support System.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting complex enterprise systems and demonstrate a strong command of English (B2 or higher). This role may also require travel to customer sites to resolve issues.
