Intern will be spending an average 1.5 - 2 months in each areas.
Ticketing Operations
Assist and provide support to Ticketing Operations Manager on liaising with internal stakeholders such as ArtScience Museum, Attractions, Finance and Marketing. Attend promptly to stakeholders’ requests with regards to tickets inventory and ensure that requirements are being catered for. Generate daily and monthly sales report and perform basic data analysis (Microsoft Excel) Client Services
Responsible for data integrity by maintaining up to date records of event sales on a weekly basis. Fulfil promoter's request to create promotion and monitor take up rate. Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, communication and ecommerce to ensure accuracy of event information. Box Office
