Position Overview
- Assist guests at the ticketing counters with enquiries
- Sale of Singapore Flyer tickets
- Redemption of Singapore Flyer tickets
- Provide ticketing service to general public and tour groups;
- Handle any related enquiries and assist Operations Team when required;
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable at the end of the shift, the total sales and redemption with report;
- Assist the Team Leaders in the monthly inventory of Ticketing items;
- Cross training and deployment to other sections within the Operations Department;
- To perform shifts work;
- Any other duties as assigned by superiors.
