Receive and handle quotation requests from clients; consult on relevant testing parameters based on customer requirements.
Coordinate sample collection schedules with clients and internal teams to ensure timely sampling.
Input and update sample-related information in internal CRM systems and/or client platforms as required.
Receive, respond to, and support the resolution of customer complaints or feedback in a professional manner to ensure a positive customer service experience.
Qualifications
College or University degree in a relevant field (Biology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Business Administration, etc.).
Experience in laboratory testing services or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication in English
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
