You will be part of the Customer Service Support team, providing inbound assistance to customers by telephone and email in Dutch. Your mission is to focus on building strong relationships with users, doing your best to create delighted customers.
Your Profile
You are proficient in Dutch and fluent in English
You have excellent communications skills and you like helping people
Your Responsibilities
Help customers by phone, email, or chat.
Answer questions about products, orders, or accounts.
Solve simple problems or send the issue to another team.
Write down what the customer says and what you did.
Be friendly, patient, and professional.
Learn about the companyβs products and updates.
Follow company rules and steps when helping customers.
Work with the team to give great service.
