Job Title: Thermal Spray Operator
Type: Contract To Hire
1st shift (7AM - 3:30PM)
2nd shift (3PM - 11:30PM)


Responsibilities


+ Operate and maintain a clean and organized HVOF spray booth.

+ Prepare workpieces by cleaning, masking, and sandblasting surfaces.

+ Assist in development of new tooling as necessary.

+ Program/adjust robot programs as necessary.

+ Assist in development and implementation of coating application technique sheets, design and use of coating application tooling.

+ Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine coating requirements.

+ Use measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and coating thickness gauges.

+ Follow all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and proper ventilation practices.
