Specialty: Skilled Nursing/Acute - 80-90% general outpatient PT, 10-20% inpatient/swing bed
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Contract Length: 10-13 weeks
Years of experience REQ: 1 year min of PT Outpatient/Inpatient experience in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting
Average # of patients/day: 10-13 Patients per day
Guaranteed Hours: 40
First timers accepted: Yes
Certs REQ: BLS
Locals accepted: Yes, and at travel rate
License in hand - Must have State License in hand at time of submission
Dress Code: Business Casual or Solid Color Scrubs with closed toe shoes
RTO: All RTO must be sent at time of submission, will not accept any additional RTO after offered.
Parking: Free Parking - Residential
Covid & Flu Policy: Declinations for both are okay
Compliance Requirement: We need all required documents to be available before clinician can start seeing patients (Compliance may take 2-3 weeks)
