Acute Care Outpatient Experience

Ideal: Candidate who can work across outpatient and inpatient (mostly inpatient rehab) settings and help with weekend coverage as follows:
Week 1: Sunday (IP 7-3:30), Monday-Thursday (OP 9-5:30)
Week 2: Monday-Friday (OP 9-5:30 except Friday 8-4:30)

Acceptable: Skilled outpatient OT (neuro, some ortho/hands, some peds) Monday-Friday (OP 9-5:30 except Friday 8-4:30) working in a hospital-based outpatient setting.Facility Name: Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center
