Therapy Assistant (Rehabilitation Department) Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours
Job Duties & Responsibilities - To carry out the physiotherapy care plan as assigned by the Physiotherapist
- To carry out occupational therapy care plan as assigned by the Occupational therapist
- To attend to clients’ needs and assist in lifting and transferring clients where necessary.
- To report any abnormalities present in the clients.
- To record and document the therapy sessions performed by the clients daily.
- Proper handling of rehabilitative equipment.
- Maintenance of rehabilitative equipment and to report any faults to the Operation Executive and Physiotherapist.
- To ensure a safety environment for the clients to perform the therapies.
- Encourage clients to participate in activities / programs.
- Participate in any internal or external events for the centre as required.
