Institution: National University Polyclinics
You will be responsible for the following:
- Screen for risk factors in the diabetic foot and determine the corresponding risk level.
- Recognise diabetic foot conditions and refer patients to the doctor/podiatrist for management.
- Deliver education on diabetic foot care to patients and/or caregivers.
- Provide clear documentation on the results of the diabetic foot screening.
- Adhere to legal, ethical, professional, departmental and organisational policies such as good infection control practices.
- Take part in activities that promote awareness of Podiatry.
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec with GCE āNā or āOā Level Credits in English, Mathematics and Science.
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Therapy Services will be an advantage.
- 5.5 days workweek. Willing to travel to different polyclinics and work on Saturdays.
