Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative duties, including ordering supplies, managing appointment schedules, and answering phone calls.
- Set up therapy rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for use.
- Record client responses to treatments and keep their files up to date.
- Perform basic treatments as directed by therapists or medical staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing equipment, changing linens, and tidying therapy areas.
- Act as a liaison between clients, therapists, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical environment is beneficial.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
