Responsibilities
- Lead supervise and motivate the spa therapist team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand standards and established protocols.
- Monitor therapist performance productivity and service quality.
- Conduct training coaching and performance evaluations for team members.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally.
- Assist in scheduling therapists based on business levels and treatment bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Support inventory control and proper usage of spa products.
- Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue.
