Position Summary:

The person in this position will be responsible for conducting in-home/on-site assessments for adolescents and provides individual and family therapy.



Essential Job Functions:


+ Monitor the clinical systems, procedures, and standards of the program, informing the appropriate parties when deviations occur

+ Review Interpretive Summaries to ensure they are based on information obtained from the assessment

+ Review Wellness and Recovery Plans with the family therapists.
