Position Overview
- Manage overall OT operations including scheduling, staffing and workflow optimization
- Ensure adherence to surgical safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead training, competency assessment and professional development of theatre nurses
- Work closely with surgical teams to ensure smooth coordination of procedures
