This position is well suited to a motivated healthcare professional seeking to broaden their experience in theatre coordination within a collaborative and patient centred environment.

While prior coordination experience is advantageous, applications are welcomed from candidates who demonstrate strong clinical capability, sound judgement, and a genuine commitment to high quality patient care and team leadership.

Reporting to the Theatre Area Manager, the Theatre Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operational coordination of Theatre, CSSD and Recovery services. The role ensures appropriate resourcing, efficient patient flow, and the delivery of safe, compassionate and high quality care.
