As the Units Manager – Theatres , you will play a key leadership role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of our ophthalmic theatres, ensuring excellence in surgical preparation, patient safety, and staff coordination. You will work closely with our ophthalmologists and surgical team, guiding quality outcomes and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
