Summary This position is located within the Food & Beverage Division, at MWR Department, Rota, Spain. The primary purpose of this position is to operate a cash register, receive payment, take customers' orders and assist with simple food preparation. Responsibilities The incumbent operates a cash register, collects monies, makes changes, cash checks and makes slot machine refunds. Processes credit card transactions. Prepares daily cash sales receipts; responsible for change funds and will comply with cash handling procedures. The employee prepares daily activity report (DAR) at the end of the shift for cash handling accountability. Cashier is responsible for taking payments from customers, making change, and giving receipts. Keeps records of transactions and prepares cash and checks for deposits. Prepares sales reports.
