Responsibilities

Assume a leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.

Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.

Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.

Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who have a love of shoes.
