Position Overview
Administrative Clerk – Permanent Mission of Japan in Geneva
Responsibilities include:
- Logistical support for major events
- Preparation for cultural events
- Administrative tasks for staff of the Mission
Requirements
- Swiss nationality or a person with a Swiss residence and work permit
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and French
- English language ability preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Working Hours
9:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. (including one-hour lunch break)
Weekends and official holidays off (subject to the Mission’s closure schedule)
Contract Period
From 1 December 2026
