You will determine and maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit, hire, educate, and motivate a team of brand advocates to deliver best‑in‑class customer service that aligns with our brand’s purpose and values. You will also set an example for customer engagement and selling, maximize store profitability by controlling expenses and protecting assets, and ensure that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability, and community participation are consistently executed.
