Position Overview
**Description:**
The Chef oversees the overall kitchen operations, including The Lounge, In Room Dining, Breakfast, and the Restaurant, and is responsible for menu development, staff management, and maintaining high standards of ingredient quality. Through effective planning, organization, direction, and control of all culinary operations, the role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Chef de Cuisine or equivalent leadership role in a luxury hotel or premium dining environment.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple culinary operations simultaneously (The Lounge, In Room Dining, Breakfast service).
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated menu development skills with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
