Position Overview
**Description:**
The Director of Culture and Communications is responsible for leading the hotel’s marketing communications, public relations, brand storytelling, cultural programming, partnerships, and external communications in alignment with Hyatt brand standards and the hotel’s positioning.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement the hotel’s marketing communications, PR, and brand communication strategy.
+ Lead media relations, press releases, media hosting, press trips, and influencer/KOL collaborations.
+ Strengthen the hotel’s brand positioning through storytelling, lifestyle content, cultural programming, and local partnerships.
+ Manage the hotel’s external communication channels, including social media, website content, digital listings, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
+ Create and coordinate content plans for hotel rooms, F&B outlets, spa, events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
