About the job Thai Sous Chef (Based in Kajang)
Company Background:
We are representing our client, a well-known F&B group that caters to high-end customers and offers event banquet rentals. They are seeking an experiencedSous Chef (Thai cuisine) to join their team inSungai Long, Kajang (Hostel provided if needed).
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in menu development and kitchen management.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
- Assist in staff training and performance evaluation.
- Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
