Design and implement effective teaching strategies that cater for diverse learning styles and abilities. Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, projects, and classroom participation. Foster a classroom environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and respect for cultural values. Integrate Marathi literature, poetry, and contemporary texts into the curriculum to enhance comprehension and appreciation. Collaborate with fellow faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and school-wide academic initiatives. Requirements Bachelors degree in Marathi (BA in Marathi) or equivalent, with a postgraduate qualification (MA in Marathi) preferred. B.Ed.
