Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and interactive lessons in Hindi language, grammar, literature, and comprehension for Classes IX and X.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Maharashtra State Board syllabus and educational standards.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, projects, and oral evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills and academic performance.
- Encourage reading habits and literary appreciation through classroom activities, debates, and storytelling sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to review curriculum content and suggest improvements.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
