Coordinate testing efforts with system project leads and the Department's IT team.
Create and document comprehensive test scenarios while understanding system impacts to all relational systems and programs.
Conduct testing scenarios within various systems, review and track results, and assist in remediation.
Maintain knowledge about various business areas supported including their processes, dynamics, and touch points with other business areas.
Manage or participate in program research and analysis; planning and development, and implementation processes related to projects resulting from federal rule, state mandated changes, and policy updates.
