Define and own the overall testing strategy and approach for the transformation program.
• Plan and manage all test phases including unit, system, integration, UAT, and regression.
• Coordinate test execution across functional, technical, and business teams.
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality against business requirements.
• Govern defect management, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
• Maintain test plans, scripts, schedules, and execution reporting.
• Ensure test readiness and sign off for cutover and go live decisions.
• Support post go live validation and stabilization testing.
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Testing as Lead
