Job Responsibilities:


+ Performing troubleshooting analysis on advanced, ruggedized computer configurations.

+ Performing physical server repairs.

+ Following build manuals, written instructions, defined best practices, and guidelines in quality assurance for wiring, cabling, and system configuration.

+ Completing required information for hardware configuration, troubleshooting, defective equipment, and updating the repair status correctly and in detail within ERP.
