Manage overall test readiness, including identifying risks and stakeholders, developing mitigation plans, monitoring and communicating progress with cross-functional teams, for all phases of product life cycle from product concept to sustaining and end of life.
Act as the point of contact (POC) for internal and external teams (CM/Fixture vendors) coordinating test strategies, optimizing test processes, driving test yield/retest/operational issues across the entire production line from SMT, sub-assembly and FATP (Final Assembly, Test, Packout).
Work with CM on test related SOP, test fixtures readiness, cycle time/UPH and line balance.
Manage schedules and dependencies to ensure key deliverables, including data collection features/solutions, test framework software drops, fixture bring-up, fixture qualification, ongoing audits, and etc.
