+ Tracking candidate activity, progress against KPIs and shares with internal stakeholders.
+ Keeps a pulse on talent trends and suggests pivots to stakeholders as needed.
Talent Sourcing
+ Manages internal referral program end to end.
+ Uses an understanding of talent markets and complex technology candidate profiles.
+ Continues to proβactively build relationships with new talent pools and communities.
+ Ensures sufficient talent entering selection funnel to fill roles at pace and level required, demonstrates creative problem solving to stay ahead of market challenges.
