**Summary**


The candidate will be responsible on resolving any manufacturing floor test / assembly issue, improving product quality, and reducing the test cycle time.




**Detailed Description**


Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:


+ Provide improved yield, productivity, and cycle time
+ Support of the factory floor, such as troubleshooting and disposition of rejects, determining root cause of production issues
+ Providing training to production personnel
+ New product introduction as well as creating test procedure, documenting, and implementation of processes for new products.
+ To develop procedures and tools for testing
+ Developing production and characterization test specifications
+ Working on cost reduction and cycle time reduction projects
