About the Role

You will lead the end-to-end quality framework for a high-stakes database migration. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between high-level planning and technical execution, converting complex test strategies into actionable cutover plans within a multi-squad Agile/SAFe environment.

You will champion a risk-based, automated approach to QA, prioritising high-impact areas and spatial data integrity over traditional, heavy regression. As the central point of coordination, you will manage vendors, lead Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), and provide data-driven metrics (defect density, coverage, and pass rates) essential for confident go/no-go decisions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst on complex application or database migration projects
