- Should have more than 10+ years in testing of Channels
- Should know – Retail, Corporate, and mobile banking
- Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Should be aware of Agile, Waterfall, Automation, PT concepts
- Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery
- Key Driver of the Test improvement Initiatives
- Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas
- Interaction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues
- Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes.
