Job Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on test leadership to the test team and respective business units.
• Assist the Test Manager in overseeing Testing activities according to the test plan and test strategy.
• Oversee the defect logging process alongside the QA team and respective business units.
• Provide reporting of test progress, results, and key metrics to stakeholders at agreed intervals.
• Assist respective business units in test coordination with external parties.
• Ensure that all test requests are planned and completed in line with agreed project priorities and timelines established during the planning cycle.
• Identify and rectify any causes of delays or failure to successfully complete testing requirements.
• Keep stakeholders updated about constraints that cannot be rectified independently within a reasonable period.
