Key Responsibilities:
Product Validation & DVP&R
Develop and own Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&R) aligned with product requirements, standards, and engineering intent.Plan and execute mechanical functional, durability, lifecycle, performance, and environmental tests.Ensure full traceability between requirements, DVP&R and compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.Review, approve, and present test reports and validation summaries.Test Fixture & Rig Development
Lead the design, development, and validation of mechanical test fixtures, jigs, and automated test rigs.Create and review CAD designs ensuring accuracy, repeatability, safety, and test intent alignment.Define fixture and instrumentation needs early in the DVP&R phase.Support BOM creation, vendor coordination, fabri...
