Job Description
A global telecommunications company is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to work on-site in Plano, TX.

Day-to-day responsibilities include working onsite in the home optical network (HON) test group. Duties include the integration and testing of Residential Gateways (RG). Working with a team of Test Engineers involved in all aspects of end-to-end solution validation (e.g., HSIA, cVoIP, Video). Testing activities include the development of a test plan, reviewing requirement documents, and documenting defects.
- Setting policy on Element Management System (syntax, flows, Access Control List) and testing through end-to-end
- An end-to-end production like solution in a lab with access gear and router rings
- Automation of existing test cases currently being executed manually
- Document all defects found during testing
- Participation in document reviews including Test Plans, MOPs, Epics, and User Stories
- updating REGRESSION TEST cases
